Europe News Desk!!! Rockets were fired from Gaza into southern Israel on Thursday after an Israeli air strike killed two Palestinian commanders. A rocket hit a residential building, killing one person. The rocket hit the second floor of a four-story residential building on Thursday afternoon in Rehovot, 25 km south of Tel Aviv, Xinhua news agency reported, citing a statement issued by Israel’s Fire and Rescue Services. Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency medical service identified the deceased from Rehovot. Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot said in a statement that nine people were wounded in the attack. Magen David Adom, a 30-year-old foreign national in the Southern Regional Council of Eshkol, was also wounded. An elderly Israeli woman was also injured in the attack. Two Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip killed 28 Palestinians the day after the assassination of Islamic Jihad’s rocket force commander Ali Hassan Ghali and his deputy Ahmed Abu Dakka.
