Europe News Desk!! An Irani county police chief and his wife were killed in an armed attack while they were traveling in a car in the southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchistan. Tasnim news agency quoted provincial police commander Dostali Jalilian as saying that the attack was carried out by hostile persons at 7:10 a.m. local time (0340 GMT) on Sunday when Sarwan County Police Chief Alireza Shahraki was visiting a county seat with his wife. Was driving on the road. Shahraki’s wife, who was shot during the attack, was sent to a medical center. Official news agency IRNA quoted Jallian as saying he died later in the day. Jallian said investigations were being carried out by special teams to identify and arrest the attackers, Xinhua news agency reported. According to Tasnim, Shahraki and his wife were killed by Kalashnikov rifle bullets.
