Europe News Desk!! At least three people died in floods in western Iran. The Iranian Students’ News Agency (ISNA) gave this information. The victims are from West Azerbaijan, Ilam and Qazivan provinces. This information was given by Morteza Moradipour, Deputy Chief for Operations in the Relief and Rescue Organization of Iran. Moradipore blamed heavy rains for the floods, Xinhua news agency reported, stressing that rescue teams were ready to set up temporary camps to accommodate flood-affected people. He said rescuers rescued 861 people in 11 towns and 21 villages affected by the floods, shifted 24 people to safer areas and provided emergency accommodation for 385 people.
