West Bank: Firing with Israeli soldiers, 2 Palestinian youths killed

According to the report of Xinhua news agency, Palestinian sources said that two Palestinians were identified as Saud al-Titi and Mohammed al-Bauf, an officer of the Palestinian Authority security forces, who, respectively, : 14 years and seven years were spent in Israeli prisons. The Israeli army said in a statement that Israeli troops killed two Palestinians near the village of Deir al-Khattab, northeast of Nablus, after they opened fire in the settlement of Alon Mora. Meanwhile, Ahmed Jibril, director of ambulances and emergencies at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Ahmed Jibril, said two other Palestinians were wounded by Israeli troops near the village.

Israel Radio reported that Israeli forces ambushed an armed Palestinian group, which opened fire towards the Alon Moreh settlement, and seized an M-16 firearm and a pistol from the possession of two Palestinians, who were neutralized. Tensions between Israel and Palestinians have killed 98 Palestinians since the beginning of January, according to official Palestinian figures. Israeli sources said 19 Israelis were killed in attacks by Palestinians in Israel and the West Bank.
