After initial inquiries at the scene, police intercepted a car involved in the incident and arrested three people, who remain in custody. Chief Superintendent Richard Fisher called it an isolated incident and said everyone was safe and there was nothing to worry about. While we are confident this was an isolated incident and there is no cause for widespread concern among the Sikh community in the surrounding gurdwara, we will remain present to provide reassurance, Fishan said.
