Explosion in St. Petersburg, death of Russia military blogger, investigation begins!

A military blogger who reported on the situation in the Donbass region, where Russian and Ukrainian forces are currently fighting, was killed in an explosion at a Saint Petersburg cafe on Sunday. This was said in a report. Blogger Vladlen Tatassky (real name Maxim Fomin) was killed and 15 others were injured in the incident at the Street Bar cafe, RT reported citing RIA Novosti and TASS. The cafe is located on the Universitetskaya embankment in the historic city center on the Neva river bank. Tatarsky joined the Donbass militia in 2014 in the wake of the Maidan coup in Kiev. He has since become known in Russia as a blogger and correspondent reporting on the situation in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. He has also written many books.
