Europe News Desk!! Thousands of Israelis have resumed demonstrations in the coastal city of Tel Aviv, according to local media, demanding a complete scrapping of the government’s judicial reform plan. The Times of Israel, citing estimates from Channel 12, said that about 160,000 people were demonstrating in the main Israeli city on Saturday evening. Demonstrations also took place in several other cities. There were days of calm in Israel after the ruling coalition and those opposed to reform began talks to find a solution on Thursday, before the protests resumed, Xinhua news agency reported. On March 26 Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had announced a pause in the controversial law. The decision was taken after weeks of protests.
