Morocco: Five killed in road accident, 27 others injured

Europe News Desk!! Five people were killed and 27 injured when a van lost control and crashed into a tree near the commune of Brachoua in central Morocco. Of these, the condition of 12 is critical. Some of the injured were taken to a local hospital in Romani, while five were sent to the Ibn Sina University Hospital in the Moroccan capital Rabat, according to news agency MAP. According to MAP, the van in the accident was commonly used to transport goods and people in rural areas of Morocco. Significantly, in 2022, 3,201 people were killed in road accidents in Morocco.
