Europe News Desk!! An Afghan man attacked an Ismaili Muslim center in Lisbon with a knife, killing two people. Portuguese officials gave this information. Police shot and wounded the attacker in the leg and took him to hospital, Xinhua news agency reported. Others were also injured in Tuesday’s attack. The Ismaili Center and the hospital where the victims are being treated are now under police protection. Meanwhile, Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa has expressed his solidarity with the Muslim community and the families of the victims. Although he said it was too early to speculate on the motive of the attack, he indicated that it was an isolated incident.
