The new list includes ministers, members of parliament, public figures and journalists, Xinhua news agency said, quoting a ministry statement. However, the names of the citizens who have been barred from entering Moscow have not been disclosed. The ministry statement said that Moscow imposed these sanctions because these countries were actively lobbying for sanctions and other measures against Russia.
