The Reform Party, led by Prime Minister Kaja Kailas, won 32 percent of the vote after more than 92 percent of votes were counted, Xinhua news agency reported. Estonians voted on Sunday to elect 101 members of the Rigikogu, the country’s unicameral legislature.
