Europe News Desk!!! Since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war, the US has given nearly $50 billion in aid to Ukraine. This was stated by US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. “We have already provided nearly $50 billion in aid for security, economy, humanitarian and social cooperation,” Yellen was quoted as saying by Xinhua news agency. The United States provided $14 billion to support Ukraine’s economic resilience. Yellen said her country plans to provide another $8 billion in the near future. According to Ukrainian government estimates, the country will need $38 billion, including external sources, to bridge its budget deficit this year.
